Personal were friendly. Right by train line. Took us were we wanted to go, so no driving. Free drink for not having them clean the room. Small store close by

The beds were super comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom was nice and the breakfast was excellent (except for the scrambled eggs which weren't tasty at all). We parked the car in the parkinglot underneath the hotel which was a bit pricey but at least we could enter the parkinglot with the elevator. I really liked all the art in the hotel and the overall atmosphere.

Clean hotel. Cordial staff. Self-service model of check-in was smooth and simple. The hotel offers enough flexibility to customise services and pay accordingly. If you are looking for a one night stay at lowest price, this hotel serves the purpose. If you are looking for parking space, it's available at extra cost. You get an option of early check-in for extra payment. Lot more. You pay for what you need. High customisation is worth appreciating.. The hotel is right at Rebstockbad Tram stop. So you are well connected to rest of Frankfurt.

Location: First of all the location is really easy and transport it basically close to the hotel, literally outside of it.. close enough to the city centre and train station.. Facilities: From the outside, to the lobby to the rooms everywhere was well presented and clean and superb and I had nice relaxing breakfast in the morning. Staff: delighted with the staff from point of entry, came in late from airport and still welcome with pleasantry. Breakfast/food staffs were doing a lovely job, good food and clean spaces. Transport: they are multiple options for transports - Trams that’s come every 10-15 mins - Electric scooters at hotel or surrounding areas - Taxis on point Overall experience here: 7/10

The girl at the reception was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Clean room and comfortable bed in a modern and nicely decorated hotel.

We booked a superior room and it was really big. It even could've fit another queen-sized bed without any problem😅 We don't understand the review mentioned about check-in. Our check-in was super smooth (Friday evening) even I booked only few mins before. I liked that the hotel looks fresh and modern, elevators are clean and smell good. Room is also very clean. Only 3-4mins walk to the tram station which will get you to main station or city centre.

Firstly, the location of your establishment, being near the train station, was incredibly convenient. This made accessing the premises hassle-free and allowed for easy exploration of the surrounding area. Moreover, I found the actual location to be fantastic. The ambiance and surroundings were delightful, creating a pleasant atmosphere for all visitors. I would also like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by your staff. They were not only professional but also very kind and accommodating. Their willingness to assist and their helpful nature made my stay even more enjoyable.

I love the location,the decor,the embience and most of all the staff were extremely kind,friendly, and ready to assist you at any point in time. I really appreciate Mr. Martin,Miss Natalia, and the general manager. The truth is that the whole experience is awesome,I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who understands the essence of true hospitality, and my wife and I will definitely come back. They offer free drink if we didn't have to have our room cleaned which we opted for the first day. There's not much around but there's tram stop right in front of the street which was super convenient. There's a supermarket about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Room was nice and modern and of a good size. Breakfast had lots of varieties.
